Jerome worked as a registered nurse for about 33 years so had a lot of experience he wanted to bring online to help nurses reduce stress. He authored a book for nurses on meditation and compassion and thought it was as simple as writing it and then people would pick it up & buy it, which isn’t what happened. That’s when he started wondering how to engage his audience, and what he needed to do to bring his expertise and experience to people online. He had the concepts, but didn’t know how to do it and that’s where CBL came in – it was the roadmap he needed.
